Here’s the Process:
Strategy
We’ll start with an initial strategy session to ensure we create the best site for your business. Once all of your content is in hand, we’ll start your build, which takes typically takes 3 weeks.*
*Depends on amount of pages and content. If you’ve got a lot for us to work with, we may need more time!
Design
In the middle of those 3 weeks, we’ll touch base to make sure you love the direction of our design. Once the design is complete, we’ll have a final call for any final changes AND we’ll train you on the basics so you can maintain your site.
Launch
Then we launch! We also include social assets for you to share when your site is live! After launch, if you still need help or changes, we’re available for support via email for one week.

A Squarespace site build includes a strategy session to clarify your business goals and design needs, a user-friendly design tailored to your brand, and a fully responsive website optimized for both desktop and mobile. It also covers basic SEO setup, integration of essential pages like a homepage, about, services, and contact, and training on how to manage and update your site. You’ll receive ongoing support to ensure a smooth launch and post-launch confidence.

No, Squarespace hosting is not included in the cost of our services. You will need to purchase a Squarespace plan separately. You can view Squarespace's current pricing options here. We highly recommend waiting to purchase your plan after the build, as this helps with our process, and you’ll receive 25% off your first year for working with us.

We work with existing Squarespace sites! And we also migrate sites from other platforms to Squarespace. During the process, we’ll review the content on your current site to see what needs to carry over to the new platform. When you book a discovery call or contact us, just let us know you need a redesign or migration!

A template build is a site build using a pre-made website template. We will update the template based on your content, but the layout will already be created. A custom build, the site is designed from scratch.

We’ll be in contact via Google Docs and email. We make sure to keep you updated on the entire process. Also, we have meetings during the project to make sure we’re in continued alignment.

Yes, we’ll send you a questionnaire to let us know what you like (and don’t like) when it comes to design. We want the site to reflect you and your business. We have touch points during the build to make sure what we create, you love!

We handle everything in this SEO Checklist (with the exception of creating a Google My Business account). This will ensure your site begins to rank on search engines.

Absolutely! We include video tutorials with each site build. This will allow you to update content on your site. If you need help, we offer maintenance hours.

With every build, we include two weeks of email support after the launch date. Once those two weeks are completed, we offer website maintenance that you can book hourly or on a retainer basis.
